Artist's Comments

Made this a few months ago (with a step-by-step self-illustrated photo recipe), and now I just realized how tasty the stuff really is.

It's got green onions, bean sprouts, and cabbage, along with the regular noodles. If I was really going hardcore, I'd have some meat pieces, some minced garlic, and some pepper flakes.
If there's a tastier way to force you to pull out the antacids, I don't know it. XD

yeah. The only time I had yakisoba was at the Samurai Sam's in Woodfield. It was good, but i would love to make my own.

It's even better over in Japan. They even included a small fried egg on top of some I ordered while I was over there. :D

If you were going to add meat I would suggest Teriyaki beef.

Hmm, sounds like a plan. It'd go pretty well with the yakisoba flavoring. :D
